Complaints, Report Abuse, and Takedown Policy

1. Purpose
ChemCapital supports reporting of illegal content, illegal goods or services, prohibited end uses, sanctions concerns, intellectual-property concerns, fraud, impersonation, and other misuse affecting the platform.
2. What may be reported
You may report: a) prohibited goods, services, or projects; b) suspected weapons, energetics, warfare, or prohibited end-use activity; c) sanctions or export-control concerns; d) forged or misleading certifications; e) impersonation or false business identity; f) infringing content or rights violations; g) fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct; h) misuse of platform workflows or attempts to evade platform rules.
3. How to report
Send reports to office@chemcapital.at with the subject line: Report Abuse / Takedown Request – ChemCapital
Please include as much of the following as possible: a) your name and organisation; b) contact details; c) the affected account, company, listing, RFQ, document, or project; d) a clear explanation of the issue; e) supporting documents or screenshots where available; f) the legal or policy basis for the complaint if known.
4. How ChemCapital may respond
ChemCapital may: a) acknowledge receipt; b) review the material; c) request additional information; d) restrict visibility or access; e) suspend content, users, or companies; f) reject or remove material; g) preserve records; h) notify affected parties where appropriate; i) notify competent authorities where required or reasonably necessary.
5. No guarantee of action in your favour
ChemCapital will review reports in good faith, but submission of a report does not guarantee removal, suspension, or any specific outcome.
6. Appeals and follow-up
If your content, account, company, or submission has been restricted or removed and you believe that was incorrect, you may contact office@chemcapital.at and request a further review.
7. Urgent safety or legal matters
If a matter presents an immediate safety, criminal, or national-security concern, you should also contact the relevant competent authority directly.
