Create your account & company profile
Register, select your role as a Procurement Team, and set up your company profile including sites, contacts, and preferred categories.
Create a project
Start a new procurement project — give it a name, associate it with a site, set target dates, and describe what you need.
Search for products and add to project cart
Search the ChemCapital catalogue for products and services. Add items to your project cart with quantities and notes. You can also add items manually.
Define an RFQ per required item
For each item in your cart, define a detailed Request for Quotation: specifications, quantity, target delivery date, accuracy level (budgetary or firm), and attachments.
Select suppliers and invite off-platform suppliers
Choose from registered platform suppliers, or invite suppliers who are not yet on ChemCapital directly via email. Both receive the same RFQ.
Review and send the RFQ
Review the complete RFQ and recipient list. Set a response deadline, add a message, and send. Suppliers are notified immediately.
Review supplier quotations
As quotations arrive, review each one in detail: line items, pricing, lead time, assumptions, exclusions, and attachments. Request revisions if needed.
Compare quotations side by side
Use the comparison view to assess multiple offers against each other. Manual quotes from off-platform suppliers can be added here too.

Issue a Purchase Order
Select the winning supplier, fill in PO details, and formally issue the Purchase Order. The supplier is notified to confirm.
Track order confirmation and delivery
Monitor whether the supplier has confirmed. Once confirmed, track order progress, milestones, and delivery updates in real time.
